There's a rumour that this scene used a body double with Cotillard's head superimposed in the initial full frontal shot (similar to Lena Headey's "full frontal" in Game of Thrones). I don't know if it's true, but rewatching the scene a few times I do now start to wonder. Also, the sex scene that follows carefully avoids showing any nudity of Marion.
